- Provide administrative and operational support to the SVP of Sales and the Direct Sales team
 - Prepare sales reports, track key metrics, and assist with CRM data entry and maintenance
 - Support the creation of presentation materials and documentation for sales initiatives
 - Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups
 - Assist with onboarding materials and process documentation for new sales team members
 
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for office needs in the Rosemont location
 - Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and meeting room scheduling
 - Support planning and logistics for in-person meetings, training sessions, and team events
 - Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and aligned with Celero’s culture
 
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or office coordination role
 - Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
 - Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a collaborative team environment
