Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to join our growing team in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will work with complex datasets, financial reporting, and client-facing teams to provide data-driven recommendations that inform strategic decisions for our partner banks.

You’ll play a key role in cost-comparative analysis, product performance tracking, and revenue optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to ensure their needs are met with precision and insight. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical and communication skills, and can translate financial trends into clear business strategy.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Strategy

• Analyze financial statements, pricing strategies, and industry trends to identify revenue opportunities or areas of risk
• Conduct cost-comparative analysis across bank partners to support retention and growth initiatives
• Monitor performance of banking products, sales pipelines, and merchant engagement metrics
• Leverage Celero’s proprietary data mining tools to identify fee income opportunities and deposits at risk

Reporting & Insight Delivery

• Prepare accurate, visually compelling financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to support executive-level decision-making
• Tell a clear, compelling story with numbers that resonates across both technical and non-technical audiences

Program & Stakeholder Support

• Work directly with leadership to refine financial institution business plans and sales tools
• Provide data-driven feedback to shape client training, product offerings, and merchant strategies
• Partner with client-facing teams to align customer experience with key performance goals
• Build trust with bank clients by offering clear, consistent communication and actionable recommendations

Compliance & Confidentiality

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality across all client, company, and merchant data
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with industry standards

Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in banking, financial analysis, or a similar client-facing analytical role
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling experience
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders
• High attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with client reporting, partner communication, or SaaS product performance analysis
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
