Partner Support Specialist  Needed

 

Are you passionate about helping others succeed and enjoy being the go-to person for support and solutions? Celero Commerce is looking for a Partner Support Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our valued Agent Bank Partners.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our bank partners—resolving inquiries, navigating support tickets, and coordinating across internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the main support contact for our Agent Bank Partners via phone, email, and support tickets through the Celero Compass portal.

  • Manage support ticket assignments and partner phone queues while meeting defined service level expectations.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal Operations teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.

  • Act as a liaison between bank partners and internal departments, ensuring a streamlined communication channel.

  • Assist partners with questions related to product offerings, pricing, application submissions, residuals, and merchant-related topics.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Brentwood, TN; Dallas, TX; or Glendale, CA - based position

  • 2-4+ years of professional experience in a client support or operations role.

  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in the Merchant Acquiring industry is a big plus.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • A proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
