We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to grow our network of merchant agents and ISOs. If you’re a self-starter with a proven background in sales and expertise in merchant services, this is your opportunity to make an impact!
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new merchant agents to build a motivated and high-performing sales team.
- ISO Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with ISO offices to drive sales and expand market presence.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with agents and ISOs to promote sales growth and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Enablement: Equip agents and ISOs with the training, tools, and support they need to succeed.
- Performance Tracking: Set measurable goals and monitor the performance of agents and ISOs, offering feedback and guidance to ensure success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the merchant processing or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing solutions and industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing sales teams or ISO partnerships.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus.
