We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Celero’s existing partners to drive growth, enhance production, and expand market share. Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development: Build and strengthen relationships with Celero’s partners, maximizing their sales potential.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategies to enhance partner production, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Consultative Support: Provide actionable insights and guidance to help partners drive revenue growth.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular reviews to celebrate successes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to deliver seamless partner support.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
- Reporting: Share sales performance updates, forecasts, and partner engagement metrics with senior leadership.
- Innovation: Identify and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the merchant processing or payments industry.
- Proven success in managing and growing partner relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing technologies and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans effectively.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
