Celero Commerce is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team! This is a full-time, onsite position where you will play a key part in ensuring a welcoming and efficient onboarding process for all new hires, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting compliance with HR policies and regulations. 

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the onboarding process for all new team members, including conducting oeientation meetings, HRIS onboarding, and collection and processing of I-9 documents/E-Verify 

  • Act as a liaison between IT and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
  • Process internal transfers, promotions, title changes, leader, and department changes 

  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with basic HR questions 

  • Create and maintain employee files

  • Pull, compile, and organize various reports from HRIS

  • Maintain turnover reporting and analytics

  • Develop, coordinate, and help implement strategies aimed at promoting employee engagement throughout the organization. This includes conducting employee satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback, and making recommendations for improvements 

  • Oversee compliance-related trainings by tracking records, faciliating the collection of certificates, and rolling out trainings for employees

  • Conduct periodic audits of personnel files and employee records in HRIS 

  • Stay up to date with compliance requirements and ensure all HR processes align with current regulations 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Experience & Requirements  

  • 2+ years previous professional experience in a similar role 

  • Strong HR knowledge, including compliance with various laws and regulations 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the company 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Ability to research HR topics using reliable resources (e.g., SHRM, state websites) and present findings clearly 

  • Able to navigate ambiguity, while exploring innovative solutions and driving business impact
