File Build Technician

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for technology? Celero is looking for a File Build Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll work to configure device setups based on requests submitted through our ticketing system and email for our merchants and clients. If you're excited about the chance to work with cutting-edge terminal, gateway, and point of sale products, this may be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build terminal files or complete VAR forms using multiple systems in response to incoming requests.
  • Ensure all setups are completed accurately, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
  • Update tickets with relevant status details and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members about any required changes, questions, or concerns.
  • Continue learning through job-related classes and webinars to stay updated on Celero’s products and services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in a similar role or technical support position within the merchant services industry.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability.
  • Proactive approach to navigating ambiguity and driving results.
