Merchant Support Administrator Needed
Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Celero Commerce is looking for a Merchant Support Administrator to play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of merchants’ demographic and financial information. In this role, you’ll manage maintenance requests with precision, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and work within approved service-level agreements (SLAs) to keep merchant records up to date. If you enjoy problem-solving, process improvement, and working with data, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:

Navigate processor systems and internal workflows to maintain merchant data.

Execute maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary information.

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate across teams to complete tasks within SLAs.

Maintain clear documentation of maintenance processes and updates.

Support additional tasks as assigned.
Experience & Requirements:

Glendale, CA - based position
-
2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with Celero’s financial priorities.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving process improvements.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Start date: Immediate
Employment type: Full-time/Part; Non-Exempt
Compensation: Hourly rate of $20 - $25
