Celero Commerce is looking for a CRM Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our CRM platform. This role will work closely with the CRM Administrator and CRM Manager to maintain system functionality, assist with user support, and help ensure data integrity across systems.The CRM Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the CRM team with various administrative tasks related to the configuration, maintenance, and operation of our CRM platforms. 

 

Responsibilities 

·        Assist in basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, report generation, and routine CRM tasks under the guidance of CRM Administrator I or CRM Manager.

·        Collaborate in conducting routine internal system audits and assist in preparing for system upgrades.

·        Support the management of CRM data feeds and assist in data integration tasks from processors and internal/external lead sources.

·        Provide assistance in evaluating and scoping new development requests.

·        Participate in training sessions for new CRM users and help promote CRM skill development within the organization.

·        Serve as a point of contact between CRM team members and user community for routine inquiries and basic support.

·        Assist in defining and documenting basic development requirements.

·        Assist in resolving basic internal and external user issues, following established procedures and providing support for end-to-end solutions.

·        Assist in managing ticketing systems and help in the resolution of routine issues.

·        Support the maintenance of CRM tools, including processor integrations, field mappings, and basic updates.

·        Assist in the upkeep of documentation within the CRM system.

·        Collaborate on other CRM-related tasks and projects as assigned.

 

Experience & Requirements  

·        2+ years of CRM administration experience is required.

·        High School Diploma is required.

·        Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

·        Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

·        Willingness to learn and develop CRM administration skills.

·        Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

 

Reports to: Business Systems Manager

Start date: Immediate

Location: Onsite in Brentwood, TN

Salary: $45,000-$50,000

Employment type: Full-time; Non-Exempt
