Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creating and delivering impactful training programs? Celero Commerce is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to lead the development of training initiatives for our bank, independent, and W-2 teams. This role will focus on enhancing the capabilities of our staff and partners to effectively position Celero’s products and solutions in the market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training programs for sales partners on merchant services and products, emphasizing value communication to merchants.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for new operations team members, covering industry knowledge and Celero’s internal systems.
  • Conduct training for sales partners, highlighting Celero’s products and services.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including product demos, presentations, and tailored learning paths.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to identify and address diverse training needs.
  • Keep training content up to date with the latest product features and industry regulations.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant evaluations and feedback.
  • Work closely with partners to identify additional training opportunities.
  • Handle additional projects and duties as assigned.

 

Experience & Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in merchant services, POS systems, or related payment solutions, with experience in training or sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt and explore innovative solutions in a dynamic business environment.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
