Celero Commerce is seeking a skilled and driven PCI Implementation Manager to oversee and enhance our PCI portfolio operations. In this role, you will lead PCI project management efforts, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient conversions and revenue-enhancing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Aperia PCI Portfolios with accountability for key metrics and outcomes

Lead bi-weekly touchpoints with Aperia, providing consistent updates and ensuring alignment

Drive conversion projects and lead initiatives to optimize PCI revenue
-
Work closely with the Technology team on any issues related to the API
-
Address PCI exceptions and serve as a point of contact for customer service and partner support regarding PCI inquiries
-
Develop and document processes and procedures for internal team resources
-
Complete Synovus TSYS bi-annual card brand compliance reports
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience & Requirements:
-
2-4+ years of experience specifically in PCI compliance
-
6+ years in the payments industry with a strong understanding of industry dynamics
-
Skilled in managing ambiguity, with a creative approach to problem-solving that drives business results
